Due to the Great Pink Run in the park on Saturday, we’ll be moving our start location to the Visitors Centre car park, there are road and gate closures and the park will be busy so leave extra time to get there.
This Saturday is the Frank Duffy 10 mile in the park, so we’ll move our Saturday run to Irishtown Stadium. Usual time of 10 am meeting in Irishtown Stadium car park, we’ll go to Browns in Sandymount afterwards for food.
For the 10 Mile Race, DFR’s should meet at the Papal Cross car park at 9am for a few pictures, then head to he bag drop and start line.

The Rock’n’Roll 5k takes place in the park this Saturday, it’s not on until 11am but there are a number of road and gate closures and the park is likely to be very busy. So we will meet at the Visitors Centre car park for our usual Saturday Run
The OPW have requested that we cancel our Wednesday and Saturday runs for the duration of Joe Biden’s state visit as the park is under extra security. So we’ll be running from the War Memorial Gardens this week;

- Saturday 25th June
Meeting point is just inside the entrance off the South Circular Road, pass by the salvage yard.
There will be extra Garda security around the park from today until Sunday.
Bloom is on in the Phoenix Park this weekend, there are lots of road closures and the main event is in the visitors centre, so we’ll be running at an alternative location this Saturday 4th of June.
Saturday’s run will take place from Irishtown Stadium at the usual time of 10am, it’s located beside Ringsend Park. There’s plenty of parking available, we’ll have a long and short routes, Couch to 5k and walking group as usual. Afterwards we’ll go for food in Sandymount village.
On Saturday 5th of March the Lust for Life race takes place in the Phoenix Park, so we’ll be running from the car park of the Visitors Centre, at our usual time of 10am.
The park will be very busy and parking will be an issue so please leave extra time to get their.

On Saturday 20th Feb the Operation Transformation 5k takes place in the park so we’ll be running from Irishtown Stadium at our normal time of 10am.
We’ll still have a short and a long route, there’s plenty of parking in the car park of Irishtown Stadium, and we’ll grab some food afterwards in Sandymount.
