BHAA Irish Life Cross Country

Irish Life In The CommunityIrish Life who sponsored our 2016 Pride Run also sponsor an annual BHAA combined 6k (both men & woman) cross country in Santry Demense.

The venue for the 2009 European Cross-Country championships, the venue is sure to inspire some top class performances from all competitors!

Registration, changing and prizes in Clonliffe Harriers AC Clubhouse, Morton Stadium, Santry. There will be plenty of spot prizes and plenty of food so you’ve no reason not to come along!

More details to follow on meet up location, don’t forget to get spikes 🙂

Simon 5 Mile Fun Run

This is a 5 mile race in aid of Dublin’s Simon Community, this is it’s 33rd year, and it’s run in the park.

There will be restrictions in the park due to the race, so we’ll aim to meet at the visitors centre for 9:30am and head over to the race start.

Saturday July 16th we’ll take our second Parkrun of the year, we’re looking for our Couch to 5K graduates to sign up for this, it should be a doddle after the Pride Run, and we’re going back to Waterstown Park in Palmerstown.

You need register before your first run, you just need to register with Parkrun once, so if you’ve done so before for another Parkrun you don’t need to register again. Use the link below;

Where are we meeting?

Waterstown car park 9am, drive through the 1st car park and down the hill, for the race at 9:30am, we’ll head to the Visitors Centre for food afterwards and meet up with the rest of the club.
