The club has 2 runs each week, plus a Fartlek Training session, distance varies from 6 to 10km but there’s no pressure to complete the full run or to keep up with anyone else. Each run takes about 45/50 mins and there’s usually a good mix of runners so you won’t be left on your own.

Whoever’s leading the run will outline a route, usually a long and a short one, if there are any announcements they’ll be covered and we do a name call.┬áIf you’re thinking about coming along just drop us an email so we can keep an eye out for you.
