The race series continues in ALSAA, beside the airport, I’ve run the 1 mile before Christmas and its a tough run but good opportunity to test your fitness.

When they shout go you run all out till you feel like dropping 🙂 I’ll be going again next Tuesday week, anyone interested in doing it let me know.
